A 25-inch television, DVD and VCR are included in every apartment. Utilities, telephone service, and cable or satellite television service are also included in our rental fees. Long distance phone calls and specially requested furnishings are not included in Elite’s rental fees. Weekly housekeeping service is optional for an additional charge.

• What amenities are offered at your apartments?

• Are pets welcome?

  Elite Corporate Housing offers pet-friendly apartments in virtually every city it serves. Most locations have a pet weight limit and require an additional pet deposit.

• Is there a minimum length of stay?

  From January through mid-October, almost all locations have a 30-day minimum stay. Elite Corporate Housing also offers a “Family Place to Stay” program, providing furnished apartments for short-term leisure and business travelers during the holiday season. Based on availability, stays of two-five days or longer are accepted in a range of additional locations.

• What size apartments do you have available?

  In every location, Elite Corporate Housing offers a wide selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments, featuring full kitchens and separate living areas and bedrooms. Studio and three-bedroom apartments are available at some locations. Floorplan size varies by location, but Elite always offers among the most spacious apartments in each city. Average floorplans measure:

  • 450-550 sq. ft. (42-52 sq. meters), for studio apartments
  • 700-1100 sq. ft. (65 -102 sq. meters), for one-bedroom apartments
  • 900-1300 sq. ft. (84 -121 sq. meters), for two-bedroom apartments
  • 1200-1500 sq. ft. (111 – 148 sq. meters), for three-bedroom apartments

• What are your prices?

  Though most Elite Corporate Housing locations have a 30-day minimum stay, we list our prices by the day to make it easier for you to compare them to hotel costs. Please see our Property Gallery or contact us for rental fees at various locations.

• How do I pay?

  Elite Corporate Housing includes rent and any additional fees on one invoice. Guests typically pay monthly. Corporate guests can arrange to have their company billed directly. Companies with multiple employees staying with Elite can have their bills consolidated through our National Processing Center.

  Elite Corporate Housing accepts checks, money orders, and major credit cards. If you prefer, we’ll take the hassle out of making payments by automatically billing your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Companies can arrange for automatic electronic payments for all corporate housing stays with Elite.

• What is a fully furnished corporate apartment?

  Elite Corporate Housing only offers corporate apartments in the finest apartment buildings, condominiums and townhomes. Each apartment is fully furnished with everything you will need to make you feel right at home. Corporate housing helps to meet each individual customer’s needs, whether it be to entertain clients, invite family and friends for dinner or just relax. Full sized, fully furnished apartments in first class apartment communities. No long-term leases (typically 30 days or longer). Utilities, local phone service and basic cable included. Use of all apartment complex amenities including pool, club house and exercise facilities. Pets permitted in most locations. Completely furnished kitchens. Considerably larger than extended-stay hotel suites.

• Is there a minimum length of stay for a corporate apartment?

  Most locations within the metropolitan New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have a 30-day minimum length of stay. During certain times of the year and at certain apartment facilities, we may offer shorter stays of one day or one week.   All monthly charges are consolidated on one, itemized statement. You may pay this bill by check, money order or with a credit card. Credit card payments including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club can be completed automatically if you so choose by filling out a simple credit card authorization form. Our state-of-the-art billing system can also customize billing for corporations by itemizing and billing each charge separately.
